Full-Stack Developer
Overview of Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with development teams to ideate software solutions and is responsible for the development and management of well-functioning applications (new and existing ones);
- Participates in innovation projects within the development team, involving collaboration at the national level and occasional international interactions;
- Continuously collects feedback on the functionality and usability of internal IT systems, contributing to performance enhancements and improved application functionality;
- Provides technical support by troubleshooting and resolving errors or technical issues arising during daily business;
- Identifies and proposes improvement solutions to optimize internal processes and increase operational efficiency.
Key Competencies and Required Experience
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer with cloud services expertise;
- Strong skills in hardware-software interfacing and mobile app development;
- Proficiency in API integration; experience designing and implementing API’s (FastAPI)
- Solid experience with issue tracking and Agile workflows, including scripting, maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging;
- Solid knowledge of cross-platform mobile app development (Flutter/Dart);
- Experience NoSQL database and relational databases too, specifically MySQL; familiarity with MSSQL;
- Frontend development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular)
- Backend experience using Python and the Django framework;
- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git (GitHub);
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German language skills are considered a plus;
- Proactive and adaptable team player with strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics and deliver results.
